We will ship by refrigerated or frozen delivery. You can choose the delivery method when ordering.
DELIVERY TIMES AVAILABLE→ AM 9-12, PM 12-2, 2-4, 4-6, 6-8 & 7-9.
We accept your preferred delivery time. (In some cases, we may not be able to meet your request.)

CASH ON DELIVERY ( Osaka )→ Payments for COD cannot be made with a credit card.
Cash on delivery only. Credit cards Payment Enable As Soon As Possible.

For customers who purchase more than ¥10,000 excluding tax, we will cover the shipping fee and COD fee.

If there is any problem regarding quality or ordered quantity, please inform us
within three days from the date of purchase . After that we are not responsible.

NOTICE of – SHIPPING SCHEDULE CHANGE
Sending parcel on the same day is completely stopped due to sudden change of the shipping policy of the courier service. From now, please send order AT LEAST TWO TO THREE DAYS EARLIER to get your parcel timely. If you place order on Saturday, we will make shipment of your parcel the following Monday. We are not shipping order on Sunday.

About delivery schedule
Due to the convenience of the delivery company, we cannot ship on the same day. Please order with a few days to spare.
Once shipped, we will inform you of the tracking number of the courier company, so please check the notification for the delivery date.
